AirSea Packing Group is seeking a client services admin w/ passion and ambition to grow. You will serve as an integral support in creating synergy between our company, services, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Support client managers with maintaining & developing client relationships.
- Support the pursuit of new clientele opportunities.
- Orchestrate delivery/pick-up of movables in collaboration with CSR/Warehouse staff including vendors, common carriers, and local delivery.
- Track/Log feedback and integrate it for discussion and possible implementation.
- General customer service including answering phones, directing calls and clients.
Requirements:
- Experience/Desire to grow in the world of art, furniture, and fine art logistics.
- Sales/Marketing experience a plus.
- White Glove knowledge or background in high-end sales.
- Exceptional phone and email communication.
- Exceptional Customer Service.
