About the Job
AirSea Packing Group is seeking a client services admin w/ passion and ambition to grow. You will serve as an integral support in creating synergy between our company, services, and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Support client managers with maintaining & developing client relationships.
  • Support the pursuit of new clientele opportunities.
  • Orchestrate delivery/pick-up of movables in collaboration with CSR/Warehouse staff including vendors, common carriers, and local delivery.
  • Track/Log feedback and integrate it for discussion and possible implementation.
  • General customer service including answering phones, directing calls and clients.

Requirements:
  • Experience/Desire to grow in the world of art, furniture, and fine art logistics.
  • Sales/Marketing experience a plus.
  • White Glove knowledge or background in high-end sales.
  • Exceptional phone and email communication.
  • Exceptional Customer Service.
